This cut is taken from our Specially Selected Pork legs then traditionally dry cured and netted by our master butchers. Not just for Christmas our gammons are a mouth-watering treat for all seasons. Serve with honey-seasoned vegetables or a nice summer salad.

Cooking Instructions

If held frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Place it in a pan and cover with cold water, add cloves, black peppercorns or bay leaves to flavour if required.

Bring the water to the boil, when the water boils, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes per 450g plus 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

Rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
