Remove the meat from its packaging and rinse in milk for 10 minutes. Remove form milk and then pat dry with kitchen paper.
Preheat a large frying pan, brush oil directly onto the slices and season accordingly. Cook on a medium heat for a minute on each side until browned. Cook a bit longer to taste.
