Taken from the pork belly, our ribs are left as a sheet and are then cured by our master butchers. A popular choice for soups or stocks as the bone marrow offers a great depth of flavour and the meat will just fall off bone when boiled. Alternatively this can also be used for the the BBQ just add a sticky BBQ marinade and you will have a tasty snack.

Cooking Instructions

If held frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
