Cooking Instructions

If held frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Bring the meat to room temperature and pat dry.

Preheat oven to 140C/Gas 1.

Brown the lamb and then transfer to an oven dish, add stock and vegetables. Place in the centre of the oven and cook for 2 hours 30 minutes until tender.
