Cooking Instructions

If held frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Preheat oven to 180C/Gas 4. Use the weight on the label to calculate the cooking time. Cook the joint in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes per 450g plus 35 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Once cooked, allow the joint to stand for 10 minutes.
