Cooking Instructions

If held frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Preheat the oven to 150°C, gas mark 2. Using the weight depicted on the label, cook the joint for 45 minutes per 450g plus 45 minutes or until thoroughly cooked there is no pink meat and the juices run clear. Once cooked, cover the meat with foil and allow the joint to rest for 10-15 minutes.
