Cooking Instructions

If held frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Remove the meat from its packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper to allow the meat to come to room temperature.

Preheat oil in a pan and cook over a high heat turning the chops only once after a rich golden crust has formed. Cook 4 to 5 minutes each side for medium rare.
