Cooking Instructions

If held frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

About 30 minutes before cooking, remove the meat from its packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper to allow the meat to come to room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 190C/Gas 5.

Heat a little butter or oil in a pan and brown the thigh pieces, transfer to a casserole dish and add vegetables and stock and roast in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear when pierced with a fork and there is no pink meat.
