Cooking Instructions

If held frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Bring the meat to room temperature before cooking.

To roast, place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C, gas mark 5 for 45 minutes. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear when pierced with a fork and there is no pink meat.
