Description
This delicious rub with authentic American herbs and spices is especially developed to make Beer Can Chicken on the barbecue or oven. The paprika, chilli and green herbs give the rub an intense aroma, while the sugar ensures a beautifully caramelized chicken skin. By placing the chicken on a can of beer (or coke!) the chicken is steamed from the inside, giving you a superbly moist and juicy roast chicken.
