A well seasoned vegetarian haggis made on site filled with oats and vegetables.


Ingredients: Dried Veg: (Onion, Kidney Beans, Chick Peas, Sweetcorn, Leek, Mushroom), Oatmeal, Rusk, (Wheat, Salt), Barley Flakes, Salt, Spice ( Pepper, Pimento) Mixed Herbs. Wheat contains: Calcium Carbonate (E170), Calcium Sulphate (E516), Iron, Nicortinamide & Thiamine. Water. Margarine (Vegetable oils in varying proportions (55%) (rapeseed, palm, sunflower), water, Salt, Buttermilk, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Emulsifier (Mono & Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Acid ( Citric Acid), Flavourings, Vitamins (A & D), Colours (Carotenes), eggs,

Cooking Instructions

If held frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Your haggis is already cooked and only needs thorough re-heating. Wrap the haggis tightly in tin foil and place in a large saucepan of cold water. Simmer gently for 45 minutes per lb. Do not boil as this might burst the skin.

To oven cook; place in casserole dish with a little water. Wrap in tinfoil to ensure haggis is kept moist and heat at 108C/Gas 6, until piping hot for approx. 1 hour. When ready to serve, remove from foil and drain off excess water.

Haggis is suitable for microwave if cut through first and skin is removed.

Additional time should be allowed for larger haggis.
