Description
Using specially selected leg of pork this is then marinated in our Smokey BBQ Glaze. Ideal for your family BBQ or popping in the oven.
Ingredients

Cooking Instructions
BBQ - Cook the steaks for 6-7 minutes each side until cooked thoroughly with an internal temperature of 75C is reached for 2 minutes using a meat thermometer.
