Cooking Instructions

If held frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Preheat oven to 180C/Gas 4.

Heat oil in a pan and sear the chicken 4 minutes on each side. Transfer to the oven for 18-20 minutes until cooked through and piping hot.
