Halal Products

At Yorkes of Dundee we offer a full selection of halal butchery products for our wholesale customers. A selection of our QMS Cattle and QMS Lambs are slaughtered at Sandyford Abattoir by a certified Muslim butcher using the Food Standard Scotland pre-stun halal method. We have a variety of cuts available on request as well as manufactured products such as burgers and sausages. Additionally, all of our UK whole chickens and EU chicken fillets are also Halal certified, ensuring the highest quality and taste.
