Description

A medium spicy rub, flavoured with allspice, chilli and thyme. The brown sugar gives the rub a little sweetness to balance the chilli and ensures a perfect sear and beautifully caramelized crust. The rub is packed in a nice metal tin that’s easy to clean after use. It has a convenient sprinkler to ensure an even distribution of the rub.
