Sausages Ingredients: Pork 72%, Water, Seasonings (Gluten Free Crumb (rice flour, dextrose, vegetable fibre, salt, processing aid E471, caramelised sugar syrup, paprika extract), Salt, Sugar, Spice Extracts, Rice Flour, Spices (white pepper, paprika), Soya Flour, Emulsifier E450, Rapeseed Oil, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite, Dextrose, Herb Extract, Antioxidant E301, Vitamin B3(Nicotinamide), Lemon Oil).

Cooking Instructions
If using a BBQ, Cook pork sausages on a medium-heat BBQ for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them regularly so they brown evenly. To ensure they are juicy and properly cooked through, aim for an internal temperature of 71 to 75 degrees.
The burgers should take about 8 to 10 minutes total (about 4 to 5 minutes per side) over a medium-high heat. Flip the burger only once and ensure the internal temperature reaches 71 degrees for safety. Avoid pressing down on the burgers with your spatula. This squeezes out all the natural juices, resulting in a dry burger.
